As an international-trained professional hotelier for more than 21 years, Nguyen Duc Ngoc has developed an extensive background in numerous facets of the industry. Started the career at one of the first 5-star hotel in Vietnam, Saigon Floating Hotel – Park Royal Hotel Group. Ngoc’s untapped capability in hotel industry was rapidly recognized. Since then, Ngoc has been trained and worked in all hotel departments and joined and opened several 5-star international hotels, including New World Hotel Saigon, Renaissance Riverside, JW Marriott Hong Kong, and Park Hyatt Saigon
Ngoc holds a BA degree at Economic University and received many credits in hospitality from Park Royal Hotel Group, New World Hotel International on Hotel Management, Boston University on Crisis Management, Marriott International on Foundation of Leadership and Hyatt International with wide range of Sales & Marketing & Hotel Management for 7 years. Ngoc also graduated from Economic Academy as CEO
As an expert in hotelier, Ngoc has contributed his experience to hotels and resorts development in Vietnam, including the opening of prestigious hotels – New World Hotel Saigon (1994), Renaissance Riverside-Preopening team (2002), Park Hyatt Saigon (2004) and InterContinental Nha Trang (2012)
Through the wide range of positions with 5-star international establishments, Ngoc has gained strong and extensive experience in all facets of hotel operations and administration, including sales, marketing, Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & beverage. His duties include assuming the management of the full service and limited service hotels managed by the company as well as assisting with asset management and consulting assignments
Ngoc’s knowledge of international culture and customs, together with his invaluable expertise in hotel & property operations, allows Privé Hotel Management to promote tourism and the services of Privé Properties & hotels to the Asia, Europe, and especially US markets
Ngoc has passion to make the hotel industry in Vietnam becomes international through hotels under its services and generate the most revenue to the hotel owners through his revenue management team

Beghin has 40 years managing hotels with more than 20 years as General Manager. Beghin managed the following properties

Now he is part of Prive Hotels Group as hotel specialist and is the leader of the set up team for all new hotel projects as well as together with team assisting hotel owners and bringing new standards and business to their hotels
Rooms Specialist
Being with hotel from the very beginning of hotel industry in Vietnam, Chanh has started his career with Saigon Floating Hotel, the very first 5-star international hotel in Vietnam. Then he joined New World Hotel Saigon by Marriott as Executive Housekeeper and promoted as Director of Services for 13 years. Chanh joined First Alliance as Oversea Recruitment Leader to gain much experience on recruiting the right candidate for the right position for MGM Macau. Chanh held Executive housekeeper position at Starwood Hotel Group and become the Expert in Train the Trainer of Housekeeping department for Starwood.
Chanh has been trained and gained much acknowledgement in housekeeping operation, cleaning, and laundry; train the trainer, customer services for back of house. Chanh plays an important role in setting up housekeeping department & its operation for any new project of Privé Hotels Group
Sales & Marketing & Revenue Specialist
Tap has started her career at Sunrise Nha Trang with major in Sales. Tap has been trained to be the specialist in Reservation, Revenue Management & Front Office Operation. He has worked and travelled around Vietnam, and has held the position as Director of Sales & Marketing in many hotels of Apple Tree Group, BIM Group , Open Asia Group, and FLC Group – Quy Nhon Resort, with duty maximizing revenue, setting up revenue system, PMS for any hotel project taken by Privé

Project Development Specialist
Huy has graduated as BA Hospitality and Tourism and professional Marketing Communication. Huy has got much experience in Business development of hotel and real estate such as Sales & Marketing Manager of TD Group, Project Sales & Marketing Manager of Hoan Cau Group for new real estate projects and Group Sales & Marketing Director of Crystal Bay Vietnam. With all achievements and excellence in with international business projects, Huy is now with Prive Hotels Group as Project Development Specialist and in charge of all projects, especially in Nha Trang for planning, branding and developing project
Food & Beverage Specialist
Nguyet has started her career with New World Hotel Saigon as Captain of Coffee Shop, then Restaurant Manager forf Caravelle Hotel. She joined and developed with top hotel, Park Hyatt Saigon as Asst. Director of Food & Beverage for 12 years with much Hyatt Culture and experience for classy restaurants & bars.
She then joined MIA Group as EAM – Operation for Mia Luxury Collection Hotel. Nguyet then work for An Lam Retreat as Operation Manager and the Lotte saigon Hotel as F&B Director
Nguyet is part of Privé Hotels Group in charge of Food & Beverage-Operation and set up for Privé projects
Human Resources Specialist
Dante has started his hotel career with Metropole Saigon as Restauarant Manager then Operation Manager of Super Bowl Saigon. Dante then joined New World Hotel Saigon ass training Manager then Human Resources Director with Mariott Culture for 10 years. Then joined Caravelle Hotel Saigon as Human Resources Director.
Dante has taken Director role in other properties including Dong Phuong Group, Six Sences Con Dao
Now Dante is part of Prive with roles as Vice President of HR and in charge of all training, recruitment and opening Privé hotels
